Absolutely exemplar service! I think of myself as a relatively clean person but was shocked at the amount of dirt that came off my amtico flooring. Chris was responsive, worked with me and the constraints I had, arrived on time, as expected, was professional, friendly, gave good advice and I'd highly recommend if anyone needs their floor cleaned and sealed. Mine is amtico and looks as good as new and I have 3 large dogs and it hadn't been professional touched since installed 5 years ago.

Chris came and did a deep clean and sealing of our Amtico flooring on 1st March 2023.

He was extremely prompt in dealing with our request, very pleasant to work with, very efficient and did an excellent job. The whole floor looks enormously better than it did before,

Chris totally transformed my Fired Earth, terracotta, kitchen floor tiles that had become dull and impossible to keep clean. They are now back to the original condition they were thirty years ago when they were first laid. Chris is polite, knowledgeable and very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Just over a week before Christmas we had a burst pipe and the downstairs had some flooding. I called Chris at Powerdean and, although it was his day off, he came over within an hour to remove the excess water from the carpet in the living room and set up a dryer pod to get the underlay and carpet dry. He then came back a week later once the floor was dry (and had been refitted) to deep clean the carpet, and our sofa. Chris was very professional, informative and hard working. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone

Chris has cleaned a large sofa, armchair and Turkish carpet for me. Subsequently he has treated new carpets in the hall, stairs and bedrooms to make them stain resistant. At all times he has been friendly and courteous, worked hard, done a very professional and effective job and left my home looking and feeling much better than before. My carpets not only look new, they feel it too as the pile has been restored. They were so grubby and pretty badly stained but now they are pristine. I am delighted. I have used Chris before to clean a chair which was all well done. I shall be having an annual clean from now on!

I booked in Chris from Powerdean based on the reviews the company has since I'd bought a new house with stone and porcelain floors with cracks and holes and I'm very pleased we did. Even the assessment visit was valuable as Chris was happy to share advise on what we could do on the least needy floor for ourselves. The results from our kitchen were transformative and it now looks bright and fresh and we have confidence that it is properly sealed and spillages won't seep into the stone. Chris was prompt, efficient and very professional and we look forward to continuing to use his services to maintain the floors.

fantastic job cleaning our carpets we rent and wanted the carpets cleaned they look new also had sofas cleaned look new as well this guy was polite on time and quick he made a fuss of dog i would reccomend him if you want a cleaner who knows his stuff then choose Powerdean

Very happy with today's clean, I wasn't convinced anyone could get our cream stair carpet clean, but they gave it their all and it looks great now. You may be able to find a cheaper service, but using a local business, and one so dedicated to get the job done well, can't be beaten no matter how much of a bargain you think you've found.
Highly recommend. A service I will definitely use again.

I had a carpet clean done by Chris, and i couldn't praise this company high enough!! Chris was very proffesional with the service and super friendly during his visit!! Our carpet was left clean and looking fresh!!! He left behind a free carpet cleaning spray (chemical free) and OH MY GOD, that spray is like magic!!! My 5 yrs old droped her purple slim on our carpet and didn't tell us for hours! I thought I'd never get that stain out! I used Chris's spray, and it took out the smell AND the purple stain!!! I didn't need to scrub hard either!!!

Thank you Powerdean for a fantastic service! Will be coming back again for future cleans and definitely buying more of that magic spray when we run out!!!
