We generally don’t quote over email or the phone and will always look to attend your property to carry out a thorough survey and run some tests on your carpet to determine the best and safest way to clean your carpets. Whilst we can never guarantee complete stain removal, we are fully trained and qualified in spot stain removal and will generally improve, if not completely remove, the vast majority of stains using a number of professional spot stain removal products and techniques. We will always advise whether we expect the stain removal treatment to be successful, prior to starting work.

I’ve tried to clean my carpets/a stain by myself but it looks worse?
